Entire heralds a new era with expanded support team

Entire Travel Group is pleased to announce an unprecedented expansion of its sales support team as the pioneering company prepares for dramatic growth in 2023

Seven new full-time staff officially joined Entire Travel Group’s Canada, Islands and Europe sales teams in January, in preparation for an expected surge in travel during the northern hemisphere summer.

The new team members come from a diverse range of travel backgrounds, including frontline and managerial roles across the retail and wholesale sectors. All met in Sydney recently for an intensive on-boarding program, which included training on Entire Travel Group’s groundbreaking pre-designed, independent holiday packages and innovative website booking platform.

Sales and Marketing Director Greg McCallum says the feedback from two of the team members, both ex-Flight Centre consultants, perfectly captured the group’s first impressions.

“Both said they wished they’d known more about Entire’s website when they were in retail because – ‘given the holiday packages are offered on a plate’ – it would have saved them an enormous amount of time and created all sorts of efficiencies.”

McCallum says the rapid expansion of the sale support team reflects the company’s confidence that the current resurgence in overseas travel will only grow stronger over the next 12 months.

“We are expecting record-level enquires this year as pent-up demand is fully unleashed,” he says. “As always, we intend to stay ahead of that surge, which is why we are investing now to ensure our travel agent partners consistently enjoy the highest levels of support throughout 2023.”
