Entire Travel Group today unveiled a revolutionary booking platform that allows agents to seamlessly customise, quote and book its full range of independent holiday packages.

Available 24x7 with real-time pricing, the new proprietary software allows travel advisors to tailor hundreds of independent packages across 28 destinations. The exclusive packages are predesigned independent holidays that depart daily, rather than group tours with set departures. 

No time-consuming login details are required for agents to fully utilise either the platform’s Quote Now or Book Now features. Agents simply choose a package and room type, add essential details then select from a range of Freedom of Choice options, which are included in the package price. 

 The package can be further enhanced through the inclusion of optional extras proven to be popular with Australian travellers – ensuring the final itinerary meets each customer’s individual needs while saving agents time and optimising commission. 

Quotes are issued in the form of an agent-friendly PDF including gross pricing, day-to-day itinerary details, and vibrant imagery. Agents also receive a Book Now link that automatically loads the quote for booking on the website. 

 All packages booked directly on the Entire Travel Group website are fully supported by the company’s recently launched Peace of Mind Booking Plan, which provides consumers with a full refund for COVID-related pre-departure cancellation, but still ensures their travel agent receives full commission. 

 The booking platform project was overseen by Entire Travel Group Managing Director Brad McDonnell, who drew on extensive project management and software experience gained from his time with Accenture, the world’s largest IT Consulting firm.
