As a proudly Australian owned and operated business, we are devastated by the damage and destruction caused to our local communities and wildlife. To support the effort of our brave firefighters, Entire Travel Group will donate $20 per booking deposited in January 2020. Our donation will be shared between Victoria’s Country Fire Authority, the NSW Rural Fire Service and Wires Wildlife Rescue.
WIRES WILDLIFE RESCUE
WIRES is a wildlife charity that relies on community support to operate their rescue and care services for wildlife 365 days a year. WIRES is rescuing and caring for as many sick, injured and orphaned native animals as possible. In December WIRES 1300 line received over 20,000 calls and volunteers attended over 3,300 rescues.
VICTORIA'S COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY
CFA (Country Fire Authority) is a volunteer and community-based fire and emergency services organisation. They help protect 3.3 million Victorians, and more than one million homes and properties across the state of Victoria. They work together with communities to keep Victorians safe from fire and other emergencies.
NSW RURAL FIRE SERVICE
The NSW Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) is the lead combat agency for bush fires in NSW. The NSW RFS is widely acknowledged as the largest volunteer fire service in the world. Working closely with other agencies they respond to a range of emergencies including structure fires, motor vehicle accidents and storms that occur within rural fire districts.
