Day 1 Nice

Upon arrival at Nice train station or airport you will be escorted by private transfer to your centrally located hotel and check in.

Check-in at 4 PM at a charming 4-star boutique hotel located in the heart of Nice.

Day 2 Nice Eze & Monte Carlo Nice

After breakfast, meet your driver at the reception of your hotel. Then, board your premium A/C vehicle and begin your private tour. Start to make your way to French Riviera and the principality of Monaco.

Explore the history & culture of France’s Mediterranean Coastline on this small group Shared day trip from Nice. Visit the charming village of Eze followed by the unique destination of Monaco & Monte-Carlo including F1 racing track.

Hanging over the Sea, the medieval village of Eze has retained all its charms throughout the centuries. From the ruins of its medieval fortress to its charming, narrow streets, the small village now attracts a multitude of artisans and artists.

Established in what used to be barns or sheepfolds, they definitely contribute to the local ambiance of this peaceful area. Celebrated for the calm that can be found here, numerous writers have also decided to settle down here, one of the most famous being Nietzsche who it is said to have written Thus Spoke Zarathustra in Eze. Free time to visit the village.

After the visit of Eze, head towards Monaco and walk in the small streets of the old town. Your tour of Monaco will include the changing of the Guards that takes place just before midday (on the morning tour). You will also have the possibility of visiting the Neo Romanesque Cathedral as well as the Memorial dedicated to Princess Grace & Rainier of Monaco.

You will discover the famous Old Monte Carlo Casino, the Hotel de Paris and Café de Paris, the beautiful Gardens not forgetting the Deluxe Boutiques. You will also have the opportunity to drive on the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix race track (please confirm this with your tour leader). The drive back to Nice will also include the famous low coastal road.

Day 3 Nice Cannes & Saint Paul de Vence Nice

After breakfast, meet your English speaking driver guideat your accommodation in Nice City Centre.

Bask in the Luxury of the French Riviera on this small group shared day trip from Nice to visit the city of Cannes. Then, discover the beautiful villages of Grasse, Gourdon and St Paul de Vence. Visit of a perfume factory included in Grasse.

Begin your day with Glamorous Cannes

Embellished by Palm trees and fine sandy beaches, famous cafés, elegant shops and deluxe hotels have made Cannes one of the most famous cities of the French Riviera. Of course, the film festival is of world reputation so you will have the opportunity to see where it all takes place towards the Conference center. For the most, your time here will be spent discovering the town and enjoying great shopping possibilities.

Visit Grasse, perfume Capital of France

In the morning depart for world famous town of Grasse, coined the capital of Perfumes. Situated on a slope in a natural amphitheater in the lower Alps, Grasse is a world leader in the production of natural fragrances for the perfume industry and of flavourings for food manufacturers. The perfume industry, although largely controlled by multinational groups, dominates the local economy.

Roses, jasmine, and other flowers, as well as bitter orange blossom, from which the perfumes are distilled, are cultivated in the close vicinity of the town. Here, participate in a guided visit of the Fragonard perfume factory to discover all the secrets behind perfume making.

Visit the Village of Gourdon

Then reach the village of Gourdon that sits on the edge of a Rocky Spur above the River Loup. The village is dotted with tiny shops but is also home to one of the most famous Candy making Factory named Florian. After some time in the village, we will drive along the Loup River through the countryside to discover some places that are a heaven of quietness.

Visit Saint Paul de Vence

In the afternoon, stop in medieval Saint Paul de Vence, sheltered behind its ramparts and filled with art galleries, boutiques and sidewalk cafes. The village of St-Paul dates back to the 11th century and traces of its history still remain much to the delight of its visitors. It is a village well known for its artistic heritage, the beautiful landscapes surrounding St-Paul having inspired many artists and an enclave of art galleries and museums can be found around the quaint cobbled streets.

After your visit, return to Nice.

Can you book my international airfares?

On some Islands Holiday Packages (e.g. Fiji), it is practical to include flights, so where we have done this it is indicated by the plane icon.

However, on the majority of our Holiday Packages, we do not include international flights.

We found that many customers may prefer to:

Travel on a specific airline of their choice
Have the flexibility to book flights with Frequent Flyer points
Select flight dates that may be different to our Holiday Package start/end dates
Use a Travel Credit already held with the airline
Use their travel agent for this service

We are able to assist with flights on any Holiday Package, so please just notify us during the Book Now process or contact our team.

Should I take travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. During the Book Now process please confirm you require assistance, and our team will be in contact with you.

What should I do before travelling?

Before you travel it is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate documentation including visas. If you are travelling on a passport other than Australian or New Zealand, you will require a permit to re-enter Australia. It is your responsibility as the traveller and/or travel booker to meet all government entry requirements.
