Menus, crafted by renowned Chef Simon Rogan, are inspired by his innovative approach and focus on exceptional quality, earning him Michelin stars worldwide.
Two restaurant cars, Malva and Samphire, offer a dining experience like no other. Designed by Albion Nord, the interiors evoke British greenery, with botanical tapestries and organic details that enhance the seasonal dishes while scenic landscapes unfold outside.
In 1840, the 7th Duchess of Bedford introduced the tradition of Afternoon Tea, a custom that became a fashionable way to entertain. The train honours this tradition with a bespoke Afternoon Tea menu, featuring regional ingredients like Kendal Mint Cake and Bara Brith. Unwind with a drink at the Observation Car’s stylish Bar, where expert mixologists craft herbal teas, cocktails, and soft drinks using botanicals.
